Medak BJP MP Accuses Former Minister KTR of Mismanagement and Land Encroachments
Medak BJP MP Raghu Nandan Rao has launched a series of allegations against former minister KTR, focusing on issues surrounding the demolition of the N Convention Center, which is owned by actor Akkineni Nagarjuna. Rao has questioned why the High Court’s 2014 order to demolish the N Convention Center was not enforced at that time and has demanded an explanation for the delay.
Rao also raised concerns about Nagarjuna’s ex-daughter-in-law, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, being appointed as the brand ambassador for Telangana Handlooms, suggesting that KTR’s long tenure in office has been marked by questionable decisions and oversight. He accused KTR of neglecting to address land encroachments, particularly involving ponds, and criticized his record during his time as municipal minister, claiming no other minister has made as many errors in that role.
In addition to these accusations, Rao has called for the collection of revenue generated by the N Convention Center from 2014 onwards and has demanded the demolition of three residences belonging to BRS leaders, including those of Harish Rao, Kavitha, and KTR. He questioned whether these properties comply with the 111 JV (Joint Venture) guidelines, further intensifying his critique of KTR’s administration.
