Nani’s ‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’ Surges Past Breakeven in Just 10 Days
Following the underwhelming performance of Ante Sundaraniki, there was considerable skepticism regarding Nani’s decision to collaborate with director Vivek Athreya once more. However, the duo has decisively silenced critics with their latest project, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. Released on August 29, the film has been declared a hit by trade analysts, surpassing the breakeven point within just ten days of its theatrical run.
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram has particularly shone in the North American market, amassing over $2.4 million in collections, thereby delivering double profits for its distributors. This success reiterates Nani’s continued appeal and box office prowess in the United States.
The film’s positive reception stands in stark contrast to the lackluster response to the recent release, GOAT, in Telugu states, suggesting that Saripodhaa Sanivaaram may enjoy a prolonged successful run in cinemas. With this film, Nani has achieved a hat-trick following his hits Dasara and Hi Nanna. Additionally, the small film 35 is also drawing interest from family audiences.
