Sreeleela to Debut in Hindi Cinema with Kartik Aaryan in Anurag Basu’s Film
Sreeleela, the rising star of South Indian cinema, is all set to make her debut in Bollywood with an exciting upcoming project directed by Anurag Basu. The film, which also stars Kartik Aaryan, is generating considerable buzz among fans, especially with the recent release of its first-look video.
Kartik Aaryan plays the role of a singer, while Sreeleela stars as his love interest in this musical drama infused with romantic elements. The teaser, though brief, offers a glimpse of their sizzling chemistry. In the video, Kartik sports a thick beard, while Sreeleela impresses with her glamour and elegance. Their connection, showcased in intimate scenes, including lip-lock moments, has only added to the anticipation surrounding the film.
There has been speculation that the movie could be the third installment in the Aashiqui franchise, though the makers have yet to confirm or deny these rumors. Earlier, Tripti Dimri was supposed to play the female lead, but the role was eventually taken over by Sreeleela.
This highly anticipated project is slated for a Diwali 2025 release, adding to the excitement. In addition to her debut film, Sreeleela has another Bollywood project in the pipeline. She will star alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan, in a movie produced under the Maddock Films banner.
