New Delhi: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) unveiled ‘AI WisdomNext’ on Friday, a platform that integrates multiple Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) services into a unified interface. This initiative aims to facilitate rapid adoption of next-generation technologies at scale, while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
According to TCS, AI WisdomNext eliminates barriers for customers by enabling real-time experimentation across vendor, internal, and open-source LLM (Large Language Model) models to develop and deploy business solutions.
“We are addressing business challenges and empowering our clients to redefine their approach to leveraging GenAI’s capabilities. The swift uptake of GenAI and its impact on business outcomes are particularly compelling for our clients,” stated Siva Ganesan, Head of AI.Cloud Unit, TCS.
The platform is designed to assist businesses in selecting appropriate models and simplifying the creation of new business solutions using GenAI tools. Additionally, it supports the reuse of existing components to expedite solution design.
Scott Kessler, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Northeast Shared Services, commented, “Access to the TCS AI WisdomNext platform enhances our enterprise capabilities, enabling seamless integration of data and insights to boost efficiency, innovation, and customer-centricity within our grocery organization, thereby enhancing overall value.”
