K. Alok Kumar, CEO of the Telangana State Backward Classes Development Department, announced a new initiative aimed at empowering unemployed youth from the Most Backward Classes (MBC) by providing comprehensive skill development training.
This four-day training program will focus on a range of essential employability skills including soft skills, personality development, resume building, communication techniques, mock interviews, self-confidence enhancement, and mental well-being.
To ensure accessibility, the department will cover participants’ travel expenses and provide food and accommodation throughout the training period.
Eligibility criteria include:
- Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years of age
- Must have completed a degree
- Should possess a valid MBC caste certificate
- Annual family income must not exceed Rs. 1.5 lakh for rural applicants and Rs. 2 lakh for urban applicants
Interested candidates can apply through the official MBC website starting today. The deadline for online applications is June 12, and all supporting documents must be submitted to the District BC Development Officer’s office by June 14.
The program aims to bridge the employment gap by equipping MBC youth with the confidence and skills necessary to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
