TSCHE Announces Dates for LAWCET and PGLCET 2025-26 Admissions
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has officially released the notification for the Telangana Law Common Entrance Test (LAWCET) and Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (PGLCET) for the 2025-26 academic year. In an important update, online applications for LAWCET will begin on March 1, 2025, while those for PGLCET will open on March 3, 2025.
LAWCET is conducted for admissions into various law courses, including the five-year LLB (for candidates with intermediate qualifications), the three-year LLB (for candidates with a degree qualification), and the two-year LLM (for those who have completed their LLB).
In addition, the PGLCET is designed for candidates seeking admission into postgraduate law courses, while the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) is available for diploma holders and BSc Mathematics graduates to secure lateral entry into the second year of BTech and BPharmacy courses. This move is expected to help streamline the process and provide clarity for students applying for these programs.
