Telangana Government Postpones Prajavani to September 20 Due to Ganesh Idol Immersion
Hyderabad: The Telangana government has rescheduled the Prajavani programme to September 20 in light of the Ganesh idol immersion, which is set to take place on September 17.
On Friday, September 13, the Prajavani initiative received a total of 576 grievance applications. This weekly program facilitates direct communication between citizens and government authorities, allowing individuals to submit their concerns and grievances.
According to an official release, the applications submitted on September 13 covered a diverse array of issues across various government departments. The social welfare department emerged as the most prominent recipient, with 214 applications. It was followed by the revenue department with 78 applications and the energy department with 56. Additionally, both the minority welfare department and the panchayat raj and rural development department received 44 applications each, while other departments collectively received 140 applications.
