‘Bhairavam’ Set for May 30 Release: Action, Emotion, and a Salute to the Armed Forces
Director Vijay Kanakamedala’s much-anticipated Telugu action drama Bhairavam is all set to storm theatres worldwide on May 30, the makers confirmed on Friday. Featuring a powerful ensemble cast including Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, Manchu Manoj, and Nara Rohith, the film promises to deliver a cinematic experience packed with high-octane action and stirring emotions.
Produced by KK Radhamohan under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner, Bhairavam has been generating considerable buzz since the release of its teaser, which hinted at intense drama, riveting action, and deep themes of unity and sacrifice.
Adding to the excitement, actor Manchu Manoj shared the shared the release update on his Instagram, calling it the “best birthday gift” of his life, as the film is releasing in his birthday month. In his heartfelt post, he also paid tribute to India’s armed forces.
“This summer, prepare for a cinematic journey like no other! Bhairavam arrives in theatres on May 30 — a story packed with action, emotion, and the unbreakable bond of brotherhood,” Manoj wrote.
“As we celebrate this milestone, we also take a moment to honour the bravery of our soldiers. Their courage makes our everyday lives — and dreams — possible. Join us in saluting their spirit.”
In addition to the lead trio, Bhairavam also features seasoned performers such as Jayasudha, Aditi Shankar, Aanandi, Divya Pillai, Sarath Lohitashwa, Sampath Raj, Sandeep Raj , and Vennela Kishore .
The film boasts an experienced technical team with Sricharan Pakala composing the music and Hari K Vedantam handling cinematography. Chota K Prasad is is in charge of editing, while dialogues are penned by Satyarshi and and Toom Venkat.
Five lyricists — Bhaskara Bhatla, Kasarla Shyam, Chaitanya Prasad, Balaji, and Tirupati Jaavana — have contributed songs to the film, which are expected to be released soon. Action sequences, a major highlight of the film, have been choreographed by Ramakrishan and Nataraj Madigonda. With just weeks to go until its release, Bhairavam is shaping up to be one of the most eagerly awaited Telugu films of the summer.
