TTD Announces New Tokens for Locals, Increases VIP Darshan Slots for NRIs
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced two important updates for devotees visiting the Tirumala temple. Local devotees from Tirupati can now avail tokens for Srivari darshan on February 9 for their visit on February 11. These tokens will be issued at Mahati Auditorium in Tirupati and Balaji Nagar Community Hall in Tirumala.
In addition, responding to requests from Non-Resident Indian (NRI) devotees, TTD has decided to increase the VIP break darshan slots allotted to NRIs from 50 to 100 per day. This will ensure a more convenient and smoother darshan experience for NRIs and their families.
The changes come after a special adjustment for Tirupati residents, as the first Tuesday darshan for February was rescheduled to February 9 due to Ratha Saptami. Devotees have expressed their gratitude to the TTD administration for making these arrangements, especially the increased slots for NRIs.
