Exciting developments are underway in the Telugu film industry, as multiple promising projects gear up for release, each bringing a unique flavor to the screen.
Actor Prasanna Kumar takes on a pivotal role in the upcoming film Kitram, joined by performers Madhu Damiraju and Mime Madhu, who also play key characters. Directed with a focus on suspense and intensity, the film is being described as a “gripping investigative thriller.” Actor Brahmaji, who launched the project with the traditional clap, praised the script and said audiences can expect a fresh narrative set in a local milieu. “Kitram tells the story of our own people, and it’s grounded in realism,” he shared during the event.
Adding to the buzz is Veera Chandrahaas, the debut directorial venture from renowned music director Ravi Basrur. The film features leading Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar alongside Shithil Shetty. The trailer launch created a stir, and producer MV Radhakrishna expressed confidence that the film would deliver both cinematic thrill and strong box office returns. “The response so far has been incredible, and we are optimistic about the film’s reception,” he noted.
In parallel, Tamil actor Pradeep is winning hearts with his recent appearance in a college-set drama titled Outdoor. Following that success, he is all set to appear in Dude, a stylish film introduced by the production house with an eye-catching first-look poster. Starring Mamita Baiju as the female lead, Dude is expected to be a youthful, vibrant entertainer that appeals to the next generation of moviegoers.
With these diverse projects ranging from crime thrillers to youthful dramas, Tollywood seems poised for an engaging season at the box office.
