A recent study conducted by market research firm Techarc has unveiled that a substantial 89% of Indian mothers harbor worries regarding their children’s screen time. The comprehensive research, which involved 600 working mothers residing in four major metropolitan cities and having children in grades 3-10, elucidates the intricate challenges and anxieties encountered by mothers amidst today’s digital milieu.

Predominant among these concerns are privacy issues, highlighted by 81% of the respondents, followed by worries about exposure to inappropriate content (72%), the influence exerted by teenage influencers (45%), and the potential risks associated with deep fakes and impersonation (26%).
