Mumbai: Actress Sanya Malhotra has received a nomination for Best Actress for her role in ‘Mrs’ at the upcoming New York Indian Film Festival 2024. Alongside her, director Arati Kadav has also been nominated in the Best Director category.
The announcement was made via Jio Studios’ official Instagram account.
“We are delighted to announce that our Hindi film ‘Mrs’ will be showcased at the esteemed #NewYorkIndianFilmFestival2024! Furthermore, Sanya Malhotra has been nominated for Best Actress, while Arati Kadav has earned a nomination for Best Director,” the post stated.
‘Mrs’ is set to be screened at this prestigious film festival.
Expressing her enthusiasm, Sanya remarked, “It is a moment of immense pride for me that ‘Mrs’ has been selected as the closing film for NYIFF.
