APPSC Releases Hall Tickets for Group-2 Mains Exam, Scheduled for February 23
The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has officially announced the release of hall tickets for the Group-2 Mains examination. In a press release issued on Wednesday, APPSC Secretary I. Narasimha Murthy informed that candidates can begin downloading their hall tickets from the official website starting Thursday.
The Group-2 Mains exam will take place on February 23, 2024, with two papers scheduled for the morning and afternoon sessions. The exam will be conducted offline across examination centers in the 13 combined districts of the state.
Initially planned for January 5, 2024, the Group-2 Mains exam was postponed due to requests from candidates for more preparation time following changes in the syllabus. As a result, the examination was rescheduled for February 23.
The APPSC had released the Group-2 notification on December 7, 2023, with the online application window open from December 21, 2023, to January 10, 2024. The Group-2 Preliminary examination was held on February 25, 2024, with 92,250 candidates qualifying for the Mains exam. However, the Mains exam faced multiple postponements before the final date was confirmed.
