Comedian Ali Faces Legal Action Over Illegal Farmhouse Construction in Vikarabad
Star comedian Ali has found himself in the spotlight after receiving notices from the Nawabpet Mandal Gram Panchayat in Vikarabad district for illegally constructing a farmhouse. Ali reportedly began the construction without obtaining the necessary permissions, which has led to the issuance of multiple warnings by the local authorities.
The Gram Panchayat Secretary, Shobharani, has now sent a second notice to the comedian, urging him to halt the construction activities immediately. The structure is being built in the Ekmamidi revenue area, and despite receiving an earlier notice to submit the required documents and secure the necessary approvals, Ali has not complied.
In the latest notice, the Gram Panchayat has reiterated the need for Ali to acquire the proper permissions and present relevant documents to avoid further legal action. The Panchayat Secretary has made it clear that if Ali fails to comply with the regulations, action will be taken under the Panchayati Raj Act, potentially halting the construction permanently. This ongoing issue highlights the importance of adhering to local construction laws and obtaining proper permissions for building projects.
