New Delhi: On Wednesday, a Delhi court rejected an interim bail application on medical grounds submitted by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the excise policy case.
Special Judge Kaveri Baweja instructed Tihar jail authorities to attend to Kejriwal’s medical needs while he remains in judicial custody.
Additionally, the judge extended Kejriwal’s judicial custody until June 19.
The court will address Kejriwal’s application for default bail on June 7.
