Ram Charan’s ‘Game Changer’ Faces Delays Ahead of US Premieres Due to Weather Conditions
Ram Charan’s much-awaited film Game Changer is gearing up for its grand release on January 10, with early morning shows scheduled to start at 4 am in Telangana. The movie’s US premieres were initially set to begin on January 9, but a recent update from US distributors has raised concerns regarding potential delays, caused by unavoidable circumstances.
According to a tweet from the US distributors, the Telugu version of Game Changer was successfully received on January 8 and electronically delivered to all the download sites that night. However, there have been unexpected delays in the physical delivery of content drives to certain locations. The delay is primarily due to the wildfire in the Los Angeles area and a snowstorm in the Midwest, which has led to some cargo hubs holding up the drives.
The distributors are actively exploring all possible solutions to ensure the content reaches theaters on time. Despite these efforts, several fans from different regions have expressed frustration over show cancellations, as the theaters await the arrival of the content drives.
Directed by Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, Game Changer boasts a stellar cast, with Ram Charan in the lead role alongside Kiara Advani, who plays the female lead. The film also features Anjali, Srikanth, and SJ Suryah in important roles. The music, composed by Thaman, is expected to add to the film’s overall appeal.
While the production team works to resolve the distribution issues, fans are eagerly awaiting the movie’s release and hoping the delays will not affect their movie-going experience.
