HCL Technologies to Establish New Campus in Hyderabad, Creating 5,000 Jobs
Hyderabad: HCL Technologies has announced plans to set up a new campus in Hyderabad’s Hi-Tech City, which is projected to generate an additional 5,000 engineering jobs. This significant development was discussed during a meeting on September 27 between HCL chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra and Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
During their discussion, Chief Minister Reddy highlighted the Telangana government’s ongoing efforts to enhance education and skill development initiatives. He expressed optimism about HCL’s potential collaboration with the Young India Skill University, aimed at improving educational resources and training for local students.
Reddy emphasized the government’s commitment to partnering with HCL in skill development initiatives that would benefit local youth seeking employment opportunities. He praised HCL’s efforts in creating job opportunities within the state and confirmed the government’s readiness to support and collaborate with the company.
“This strategic partnership will not only generate employment for the youth but also significantly boost the state’s economic development,” Reddy stated.
Roshni Nadar Malhotra reaffirmed HCL’s eagerness to engage in skill development programs initiated by the state government. She emphasized that HCL GUVI will focus on enhancing technological skills while providing job opportunities.
Moreover, she pointed out that the collaboration with the Telangana government will equip learners with essential industry-relevant skills, fostering the next generation of technologists and skilled professionals.
