Traffic Advisory Issued by Hyderabad Traffic Police for Telangana State Formation Day Rehearsals
Hyderabad: In preparation for Telangana State Formation Day, the Hyderabad Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory effective this Friday.
Traffic Restrictions in Hyderabad
Restrictions will be in place at key locations including Gunpark, Nampally, Secunderabad Parade Grounds, and Tank Bund.
Specific Traffic Diversions
- 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Traffic from Nampally T Junction heading towards Ravindra Bharathi will be diverted at AR Petrol Pump towards BJR Statue.
- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Traffic will be temporarily halted at CTO Junction and Plaza Junction to accommodate the passage of the VVIP convoy. Normal traffic flow will resume once the convoy has passed.
- 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Traffic from Ranigunj and RP Road heading towards Upper Tank Bund will be diverted at Karbala Junction towards Bible House, Kavadiguda, and Lower Tank Bund.
- 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Traffic from Iqbal Minar and Liberty heading towards Upper Tank Bund will be diverted via Telugu Thalli Flyover towards Lower Tank Bund, Kavadiguda, Bible House, and Karbala Junction.

Commuters are advised to avoid the following junctions due to anticipated heavy traffic:

Traffic diversions will be lifted after the conclusion of the event.
