TGSRTC Increases Bus Services from Hyderabad to Nagarjuna Sagar Amid Surge in Visitors
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has announced an expansion of bus services from Hyderabad to Nagarjuna Sagar to meet the rising demand from travelers. The decision comes in response to a recent surge in visitors, drawn by the scenic beauty and the sight of the dam gates being opened following heavy rains in the region.
On Sunday alone, over one lakh people visited Nagarjuna Sagar, with approximately 80 percent of them originating from Hyderabad, according to reports. To accommodate this influx, TSRTC will deploy additional deluxe buses starting from Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station. The new schedule includes departures at 5:00 am, 6:45 am, 7:15 am, 7:30 am, 8:00 am, 9:45 am, 10:45 am, 2:30 pm, 5:00 pm, and 5:40 pm, with non-stop service to Nagarjuna Sagar.
This move is aimed at ensuring a comfortable and efficient travel experience for those heading to the popular destination.
