India’s Bowlers Rattle Bangladesh in Champions Trophy Match
In the second match of the Champions Trophy in Dubai, Team India’s bowlers have dominated, putting Bangladesh in a dire situation. After opting to bat first, Bangladesh found themselves in early trouble, losing two wickets in the first two overs, managing just two runs.
Mohammed Shami struck early in the first over, while Harshit Rana followed up with a wicket in the next over. Although the Bangladeshi batsmen tried to settle, Shami came back to dismiss Mehidy Hasan Miraz, leaving Bangladesh at 3 down.
Axar Patel then added to Bangladesh’s misery by taking two wickets in his opening over, reducing them to 35/5. Key players, including Soumya Sarkar, captain Najmul Hossain Shanto, and Mushfiqur Rahim, all fell for ducks.
