Kerala Man Sets Guinness World Record for World’s Smallest Washing Machine
A man from Kerala, Sebi Saji, has achieved a remarkable feat by creating the world’s smallest washing machine, earning him a place in the Guinness World Records. Measuring just 1.28 inches long, 1.32 inches wide, and 1.52 inches high, the miniature appliance weighs a mere 25 grams—slightly heavier than a cookie.
Saji’s innovative creation not only captures attention due to its size but also functions like a regular washing machine, capable of washing clothes effectively. His determination to establish this record was driven by a desire to contribute something unique to the world.
Prior to Saji’s achievement, the record for the smallest washing machine was held by Sai Tirumalaneedi from Andhra Pradesh, whose invention measured 37 mm x 41 mm x 43 mm. Saji’s accomplishment not only showcases his ingenuity but also pushes the boundaries of engineering and design in everyday appliances, highlighting the potential for innovation in compact technology.
