Madhavi Latha and J.C. Prabhakar Reddy’s Dispute Escalates with New Legal Developments
The ongoing dispute between actress Madhavi Latha and Tadipatri Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader J.C. Prabhakar Reddy has taken a dramatic turn with new legal action from both sides. Initially, Madhavi Latha filed a complaint, leading to the Cyberabad Cyber Crime Police registering a case against J.C. Prabhakar Reddy. However, in a recent development, the situation has intensified further, as a counter-complaint has been lodged against Madhavi Latha.
TDP leader and Andhra Pradesh Mala Corporation Director Kamalamma filed a complaint with the Tadipatri police, accusing Madhavi Latha of making derogatory remarks against her. As a result, Tadipatri police have registered a case against the actress under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier, J.C. Prabhakar Reddy had apologized to Madhavi Latha for his inappropriate remarks, acknowledging that he spoke in anger and requesting forgiveness. However, Madhavi Latha did not back down, and the legal battle continued. Following the latest complaint filed by Kamalamma, the situation has escalated, with a case now registered against Madhavi Latha in Tadipatri.
This unfolding drama between the actress and the TDP leader continues to make headlines, with both sides seeking justice in the face of increasing public attention.
