Vaikapa leaders are asserting that if Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy is injured, it’s akin to the state being injured. But in Bapatla district, when a 15-year-old boy named Amarnath Goud was ruthlessly set on fire by a Vaikapa worker for intervening to protect his elder sister from molestation, wouldn’t the state be hurt then? If stones were hurled at Chandrababu Naidu, wouldn’t the state be affected? If 30 thousand girls go missing in the state, wouldn’t it cause distress?

Jana Sena’s Pawan Kalyan vehemently criticized CM Jagan, questioning whether the state only feels pain when he himself is harmed. He exclaimed, “You have ample security around you. And then there are the flags. Yet, stones are thrown at the CM who is heavily guarded? In essence, you are attacking yourself… What is the State DGP and the Intelligence Department doing? The perpetrators of this incident have not been identified yet. Why couldn’t they apprehend them despite having the necessary resources?”

Addressing the Varahi Vijayabheri public meeting in Tenali town on Sunday night, Kalyan remarked, “Whenever elections approach, YS Jagan seems to face harm in some way—either through injury or death. Last time, he was injured with a knife at Visakhapatnam Airport, which is highly secure. Now, a fresh pebble attack. Our leaders urged us to respond to this attack. But was there even an attack? Did it really happen, or is it another drama like Kodikatti? I fail to comprehend why the electricity was cut off. Perhaps that’s why there was no response. How many times must we believe the ‘Nanna Puli’ narrative? Trust has been eroded. Such theatrics must cease.”

Kalyan also referenced the case of a young man named Srinu, who was incarcerated for five years in the Kodikatti incident. He questioned the circumstances surrounding the demise of former Minister Vivekananda Reddy, suggesting that if he was indeed hacked to death with an axe, why did it appear as if he had suffered a heart attack? Viveka’s daughter, Dr. Sunitha, and YS’s daughter, Sharmila, are demanding justice, he added, insinuating that they have united as an alliance to safeguard the state from such malevolent forces.
