RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das Hospitalised in Chennai for Minor Health Issue
Chennai: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das was hospitalised on Monday due to a minor health issue. The central bank confirmed that Das experienced acidity and was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Chennai for observation.
An RBI spokesperson assured the public, stating that there was “no cause for concern” and that Das was doing fine. He is expected to be discharged in the next 2-3 hours as his condition remains stable.
