Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan Promotes ‘Indian 2’: Key Announcements and Surprising Changes
Kamal Haasan, affectionately known as Ulaganayagan, is currently immersed in promoting his latest film, “Indian 2.” Directed by Shankar, this film is the much-anticipated sequel to the blockbuster “Indian.” The production team recently held a highly successful audio launch event, where Anirudh Ravichander, the music director, unveiled the film’s soundtrack. However, director Shankar made a surprising announcement that affected Kajal Aggarwal’s fans.
Kajal Aggarwal, who had eagerly anticipated the opportunity to collaborate with Kamal Haasan, quickly seized the chance to join the cast and even participated in the shooting before her marriage. However, it has now been revealed that Kajal will not appear in the second installment of the film. Instead, director Shankar clarified that she will be featured in “Indian 3.” This revelation has disappointed Kajal’s fans, who were looking forward to seeing her on the big screen. Given the considerable gap between the releases of each installment, fans may find the wait for “Indian 3” particularly challenging.
The cast of “Indian 2” also includes Rakul Preet Singh, Silambarasan (Simbhu), and Siddharth, among others. The team has completed filming for both parts but has yet to announce a release date.
Meanwhile, Kajal Aggarwal’s next release in Telugu is “Satyabhama.”
