Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy Embarks on 12-Day Investment Tour to the U.S. and South Korea
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has commenced a pivotal 12-day investment tour to the United States and South Korea, aiming to attract substantial industrial investments to Telangana. The Chief Minister arrived in New York around 9:30 am IST and is set to embark on a series of meetings, discussions, and deliberations with prominent government and business leaders throughout the tour.
This trip, following a previous international visit and a busy budget session in the assembly, is strategically designed to engage with multinational companies and secure investment agreements estimated at approximately Rs 16,000 crore.
During his visit, Reddy will travel to major cities including New Jersey, Washington D.C., New York, San Francisco, and Seoul. His itinerary includes high-profile meetings with executives from companies such as PepsiCo, Apple, Google, and Amazon. In the U.S., Reddy will also participate in a CEO Roundtable lunch hosted by the Consul General of India and engage with leaders across sectors such as IT, healthcare, and manufacturing. Additionally, he will meet with the World Bank president and visit the corporate headquarters of Charles Schwab and American Airlines in Dallas.
The tour reflects Telangana’s proactive approach in fostering international business relations and securing significant investments to boost the state’s industrial landscape.
