The TDP-BJP-Jana Sena alliance released a joint manifesto for the AP elections on Tuesday. It was unveiled by the leaders of the three parties at TDP chief Chandrababu’s residence in Undavalli. Chandrababu, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, BJP state in-charge Siddharth Nath Singh and other important leaders participated in the event. Chandrababu said that the three parties have teamed up as an alliance with the aim of bringing the former glory to the Telugu nation. They made it clear that their goal is to protect the state. He said that he has come forward with Super Six schemes for the welfare of the poor. He said that the cooperation of the Center will be good for the implementation of the manifesto.

Pawan Kalyan said that the manifesto has been prepared to realize the aspirations of tomorrow. He said that the state is at the third place in farmers’ suicides. The public capital Amaravati was destroyed. More than hundred welfare programs have been cancelled. Millions of acres of people’s properties were seized. 12 thousand crores given by the center to the local organizations have been diverted. Pawan said that the alliance has come forward to put the state in a groove and to continue the regime of destruction.

Highlights of NDA’s promises

Super Six..

20 lakh jobs for youth / Unemployment benefit of Rs.3 thousand per month

15,000 per year for each school going student

Financial assistance of Rs.20 thousand per year to every farmer

Rs.1500 per month for each woman (19 years to 59 years)

3 free gas cylinders per household per year

Free bus travel for women

Super Six 2.0 / Shanmukha Strategy

Safe drinking water from house to house: tap connection to every house

Poor to Rich: Public, Private, People’s Partnership (24) Schemes to make the poor rich

To increase the skill level of the people by undertaking skill census across the state

Saubhagyapath: Subsidy up to Rs.10 lakh in project cost for small and medium enterprises and seed companies

Strong measures to rapidly increase the state’s gross domestic product
Development of all areas while continuing construction of public capital Amaravati

Mega DSC, Annual Job Calendar

Establishment of special employment zones for the development and job creation of Uttarandhra, Coastal and Rayalaseema regions.

MSME sector which creates the most employment is encouraged

Reopening and expanding every skill training center that has closed down

We will provide skill training and jobs to the youth according to the needs of the industries

Sports: We will develop world class sports infrastructure and groom the youth of the state as international sportspersons. We will make the state a platform for national and international sports competitions in the future

Digital Libraries: Establishment of digital libraries to prepare for central and state government exams We will implement the 10 percent EWS reservation brought by the NDA government. Every five years we will conduct a financial survey and implement reservations.

Increase in social security pensions

Increase from Rs.3 thousand to Rs.4 thousand (effective from April 2024)

We will increase the pension of the disabled by Rs.6,000.

A pension of Rs.15 thousand per month for those who are totally disabled

Pension of Rs.10 thousand per month for chronic diseases like kidney and thalassemia

Declaration of BC

Rs. 4 thousand per month pension for BCs only at the age of 50 years

A special act for the protection of BCs through the BC Sub Plan in five years Rs. We will spend one and a half lakh crores.

Political preference for BCs, 34% reservation in local bodies, nominated posts

We will pass a resolution for 33 percent reservation for BCs in the legislative assembly and send it to the center.

Political participation through nominations for communities with low population and who cannot contest elections

We will restore incentives for BC’s economic development and employment. Proportionately funded corporations

We will spend Rs.10 thousand crores in five years for self-employment. We will revive the ‘Adarana’ scheme with Rs.5000 crores.

Permanent Caste Certificates will be provided

We will reimburse GST on handloom products. 500 units for powerlooms and 200 units for handlooms free electricity

Nayi Brahmins: An honorarium of Rs.25 thousand for Nayi Brahmins working in temples. 200 units of free electricity for shops

Geetha workers : 10% allocation in liquor shops

Vaddera: 15% reservation in quarries.. Exemption in royalty, scenery charges

Rajaka: Incentive for construction of dobighats, concession on electricity charges

Fishermen: Financial assistance of Rs.20,000 to fishermen during their hunting break in the sea. Jio 217 will be cancelled. Financial assistance for repairs of boats, modern communication.

Establishment of a new corporation for the development of goldsmiths

Women’s Welfare:

Increase in interest free loans to self help societies from Rs.3 lakh to Rs.10 lakh

Measures for economic empowerment of women under P4 model through special scheme

We will pay gratuity to the Anganwadi workers as per Supreme Court verdict. Steps towards increase in minimum wage for Asha workers

Provision of hostel accommodation for working women

Loans to girl students through ‘Dreams of Dreams’ scheme.

Revival of festive gifts, wedding gifts

Employees and pensioners

We will review the CPS/GPS policy and work towards an acceptable solution

Better implementation of PRC for employees. Allowance payments will also be reviewed.

As soon as the coalition government comes, we will announce the IR to the government employees

We pay salaries and pensions to the employees and pensioners of the state on the 1st of every month. We will also arrange to pay the dues due to them. Steps towards formation of Pensioners Corporation.

Government schemes applicable to low paid outsourcing, contract and consolidated employees

The honorarium of volunteers has been increased from Rs.5 thousand to Rs.10 thousand

Dairy Farmers: Subsidies on purchase of cattle, feed, medicines – insurance facility – formation of Gokulas

Kapu Welfare: In addition to the welfare schemes implemented by the government, we will allocate funds of Rs.15 thousand crores for the welfare of the Kapus at least in the next five years and take measures for the empowerment and development of the Kapus.

We give priority to the skill development of Kapu youth and women and self-employment. We will complete the construction of Kapu buildings quickly.

Arya Vaishya welfare

Adequate allocation of funds to Arya Vaishya Corporation

Ease of interest free loans for small businessmen

Strong measures to conduct business in a free environment

Kanyakaparameshwari Ammavari self-offering day will be taken as an official event

Welfare of SC and ST

Pension is granted to SCs and STs only after 50 years. District wise classification will be done. Appointment of tribal teachers in the agency. Jio 3 renewal

Welfare of Muslim Minorities: Construction of Haj House near Vijayawada. Noor Basha Corporation was formed and allocation of Rs.100 crores every year
Interest free loans up to Rs.5 lakh through Minority Finance Corporation

10 thousand rupees per month for Imam and Maujans; An honorarium of Rs.5 thousand; Appointment of qualified Imams as Government Qazis

Financial assistance of Rs.5 thousand every month for the maintenance of mosques

Rs.1 lakh assistance for each Muslim going on Hajj

Kshatriya welfare
Bhogapuram Airport has been renamed as Alluri Sitaramaraj Airport

Allocation of 5 acres of land for construction of Alluri Sitaramaraj Smritivanam in public capital Amaravati

Welfare of upper caste poor: Appropriate funds will be allocated to Kamma, Reddy, Velama and other upper caste corporations and measures will be taken for their empowerment and development.

A special initiative for the welfare of Ex-Servicemen

We will form a special corporation and work for the welfare of ex-servicemen. We will solve their problems

Quality houses for all the poor:

2 cents in towns and 3 cents in villages will be sanctioned for house construction

So far sanctioned House Patta holders from Govt. we will complete the construction of pukka houses

Welfare of Christians

Formation of Christian Missionaries Properties Development Board

Financial assistance for construction and renovation of churches

Allotment of land for graveyards

Help for pilgrims to Jerusalem

Agriculture

9 hours quality free power supply

Government buys remaining electricity from subsidized solar pump sets

Establishment of Subsidized Agricultural Equipment, Price Stabilization Fund

Provide identity cards to tenant farmers and provide all welfare schemes

Enforcement of crop insurance, establishment of corporation and implementation of subsidy/welfare schemes for farmer labourers

1000 acres of organic farming (ZBNF) in each parliamentary constituency and support them in financial, cultivation and marketing aspects

Modernization of warehouses, cold storage units and setting up of new units in the public sector

Strict enforcement of APMC Act to curb exploitation by brokers

90% subsidy on drip irrigation

We will promote sericulture in the state and support the farmers. Thus we will provide employment opportunities in rural areas

We will repeal the Land Titling Act and protect people’s property

Irrigation Sector

Polavaram project to be completed quickly

Actions for speedy construction of projects like Galeru-Nagari, Handri-Neeva, Uttarandhra Sujala Sravanti, Thotapalli Reservoir, Vamsdhara-Nagavali River Linkage

Interlinking of rivers in the state-water per acre Completion of pending projects of Rayalaseema and Uttarandhra

The workers

Transport Sector: Establishment of driver empowerment organization and implementation of welfare programs like accident insurance, health insurance, education loans for all sections.

Interest subsidy above 5% on loans up to Rs.4 lakh for vehicle purchases with the aim of making drivers owners

Annual financial assistance of Rs.15 thousand to every auto driver, taxi driver with badge, every lorry and tipper driver with heavy license

Repeal of Jio 21 and reduction in burden of fines, reduction in increased green tax on vehicles

Unorganized Sector Workers: Restoration of Chandranna Bima. Applicable to all unorganized workers

We will control the prices of petrol and diesel

Liquor price control, abolition of toxic liquor brands

We will satisfy the hunger of the poor by setting up Anna canteens/in the spirit of Dokka Seethamma

We will review the ration distribution system and strengthen the civil supplies system

Fee Reimbursement: Fee reimbursement for aided colleges and private PG students will be restored

We will make the certificates hassle-free for the students by paying the fees to the colleges themselves

We will implement Free Sand Policy: A comprehensive sand policy to make sand accessible to the common man.

Chandranna Bima Scheme: Rs.5 lakh for natural death. Insurance facility of Rs.10 lakhs in case of accidental death

Medicine, health

For the first time in the country, health insurance of Rs.25 lakh per family in the state

Digital health cards for every citizen, establishment of Jana Aushadhi Kendras in all mandal centres

Free distribution of generic medicines for non-communicable diseases like BP and diabetes

Electricity charges will be controlled

Abolition of garbage tax, review of house taxes

Education

KG to PG Syllabus will be reviewed

Abolition of JEO 117 which led to closure of many schools in the state. Reopening of closed schools

Dr. Revival of Ambedkar Foreign Education Scheme

Strict measures will be taken in 100 days to eradicate ganja and drugs. We will take stricter laws if necessary.

Aqua: Cold storages with a storage capacity of 5 thousand tonnes in needy districts. We will supply electricity at Rs 1.50 per unit to those in all zones. We will reduce the prices of transformers. Aviators will be provided on a subsidized basis.

Inclusive Development: We will implement robust policies for rapid inclusive economic development that will provide adequate opportunities for the aspirants of a brighter future, especially the poor. Thus we will strengthen the wide implementation of welfare schemes with wealth creation.

Through the vision 2047 plan, we will take steps to implement many measures to build a developed India in the state as well.

Creation of infrastructure

Construction of roads from villages to mandal centers and district centers

We will develop social infrastructure

We will build ports, airports and railway projects quickly

Setting up of work stations in every mandal and district center for work from home

Safe drinking water supply to every household

Development of Uttarandhra

We will develop Visakha as a financial capital

Vizag-Chennai Industrial Corridor connecting major areas and paving the way for industrialization

Visakhapatnam will be established as a railway zone. We will immediately allocate the necessary and suitable land and implement the zone.

We will protect the steel industry of Visakhapatnam

Expeditious construction of projects like Uttarandhra Sujala Sravanti, Nagavali-Vamsadhara River Linkage, Totapalli Reservoir Modernization

Measures for stabilization of cashew and coconut prices

We will take steps for the construction of Kotipalli Narsapuram railway line.

Reconstruction of Amaravati as public capital

We will take strong measures for the reconstruction of the capital Amaravati, which will contribute to the progress of Navyandhra and help economic progress.

Industrialization and Investments

We will re-establish the brand AP which has been destroyed for the last five years, attract foreign investments on a large scale and increase the income of the state by setting up industries and give a big boost to the creation of job and employment opportunities. Adequate promotion through use of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, mission learning to a full extent under the new industrial policy

Tourism: Setting up of tourism circuits like wildlife, adventure, heritage, eco, temple etc. in different parts of the state. Promotion of employment

Temples.. Welfare of Brahmins

Establishment of Hindu Endowment Board to protect the properties of Hindu temples and satras

We will ensure minimum wages for priests working in private temples

Minimum wage for priests working in temples with annual income above Rs.50,000 increased to Rs.15,000

Increase the amount of incense, lamp and offering to priests working in temples whose annual income is less than Rs.50,000 from Rs.5,000 to Rs.10,000 per month.

The respective temples have complete independence in matters related to Vedic and Agama Shastra

Restoration of historical buildings like Vei Kalla Mandapam which are the sources of sanctity of holy places like Tirupati / Ontimitta

Complete Protection of Temples- We will set up a special commission to punish those responsible for the attacks on temples during the previous government.

Priests and cooking Brahmins are recognized as caste professions

We will strengthen Brahmana Corporation, Brahmana Cooperative Credit Society

In all temples including Tirupati we will appoint a Brahmin as Trust Board member along with the priest.

We will build a building in each constituency for Brahmins to perform aparakarma

Unemployment benefit of Rs 3,000 under ‘Yuvagalam’ for unemployed who have studied Vedic education

Development of Rayalaseema

Priority for provision of drinking water, irrigation, education and medical facilities

Rayalaseema is the horticulture hub and seed capital

Immediate formation of high court bench in Kurnool

We will bring more industries like Kia and Isuzu and make Rayalaseema an automobile hub.

We will develop an industrial cluster connecting the Chennai-Bangalore Industrial Corridor to key towns in Rayalaseema.

Actions for implementation of ‘Mission Rayalaseema’ announced in Yuvagalam Yatra

Panchayati Raj Declaration: The funds given by the Finance Commission will be directly provided to the Panchayats

We will give precedent to the Panchayati Raj system – we will give a boost to local governance

We will establish a vision for development through the Panchayati Raj system

5% of the budget will be earmarked for Panchayati Raj project proposals. We will raise it up to 10% in five years.

We will increase the present honorarium from Sarpanch to ZP chairmen.

Free accommodation for every accredited journalist

Advocates: Development of infrastructure in courts. Establishment of legal kiosk for free legal services, government stipend of Rs.10 thousand per month for junior lawyers, establishment of special training academy for training of junior lawyers

We will take steps to sell the property of Agrigold and provide it to the victims

We will restore peace and security that has deteriorated in five years. We give utmost priority to maintaining law and order.
