Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Introduces Exclusive Darshan for Local Residents Starting December 3, 2024
The newly formed board of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), under the leadership of Chairman B.R. Naidu, recently held its first meeting where several key decisions were made. One of the standout initiatives announced was the introduction of exclusive darshan for the local residents of Tirupati.
Addressing the media, Chairman B.R. Naidu confirmed that the board has resolved to provide dedicated darshan of Lord Venkateswara on the first Tuesday of every month for residents from Tirupati Rural, Tirupati Urban, Chandragiri Mandal, and Renigunta Mandal. This initiative is set to begin on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, offering monthly access to local devotees seeking the darshan of the deity.
This new scheme is designed to enhance the experience for local residents, making it easier for them to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara in a more personalized and accessible manner. The decision reflects the TTD’s commitment to accommodating the needs of the local community while ensuring that the spiritual significance of the temple remains at the forefront.
