Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8 Kicks Off with New Format and Fresh Faces
The highly anticipated eighth season of Bigg Boss Telugu, hosted by Nagarjuna Akkineni, has officially begun. Known for its engaging drama, unexpected twists, and entertainment, this season introduces a fresh approach to the game with several new elements.
This year’s lineup features 14 contestants, though the list notably lacks many high-profile names. In a new twist, Nagarjuna Akkineni sent the contestants into the Bigg Boss house in pairs, a departure from previous seasons. The pairs are as follows:
- Pair 1: Yashmi Gowda and Nikhil (TV Artists)
- Pair 2: Abhay (Film Actor) and Prerna Kambham (TV Artist)
- Pair 3: Aditya Om and Soniya Akula (Film Actors)
- Pair 4: Bejawada Bebakka (YouTuber) and Sekhar Basha (RJ)
- Pair 5: Kirrak Seetha (Film Actress) and Naga Manikanta (TV Artist)
- Pair 6: Prithviraj (TV Artist) and Vishnupriya (TV Host & Actress)
- Pair 7: Nainanika (TV Artist) and Nabeel Afridi (YouTuber)
This season features several notable changes in the game format. For the first time, there will be no captaincy roles, meaning that no contestant will have immunity from nominations. This alteration is expected to intensify the competition and add an extra layer of strategy to the game.
Additionally, the traditional weekly ration system has been replaced. Housemates will no longer receive their ration automatically; instead, they will need to earn it through various tasks, adding another dimension to the daily challenges.
Another significant change is the prize money structure. Unlike previous seasons where a fixed prize was awarded, the eighth season starts with a prize pool of zero. Contestants will have to participate in tasks to accumulate prize money, with no upper limit set, making the stakes even higher.
With these innovative changes and a promise of unlimited twists and turns, the eighth season of Bigg Boss Telugu is set to deliver fresh and exciting content, ensuring limitless fun and entertainment for its viewers.
